A sales manager at a software firm wanted his account reps to be able to deliver a simple message to high level decision makers. We worked with the sales manager to create a basic “template” presentation to be used in most of their presentations. Then we coached the participants in how to use that presentation.
The training involved coaching the participants in how to modify the basic presentation for specific clients and how to deliver the message in a way that connects.
