Meade distinguished herself as an independent consultant to both Fortune 500 and small startup companies by recognizing that good communication skills are the key to moving agendas forward and getting clients onboard to new ideas. Developing her skills to communicate across multiple countries and all organizational levels allowed her to drive international teams towards a common goal and get executive buy-in to strategies, execution plans, and financial investment.
Meade has lived and worked in the Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe, developing cross-cultural skills and learning new languages to support her endeavors.
