The Executive Speaker Workshop
The program that develops speaker confidence and executive presence.
This intensive 2-day workshop will help current leaders and high-potentials learn to communicate with greater confidence. These professionals must effectively engage with diverse audiences, ranging from their teams and peers to senior leadership. The ability to communicate concisely and wield influence is a critical skill they will acquire through this program.
Workshop Format Overview
Pre-Workshop
Participants identify a high-consequence communication situation they are facing. They apply our Speechworks Formula for creating concise and engaging content that they will learn in a 20-minute skills-based instructional video. They send the content they create to Speechworks coaches for their review prior to the beginning of their workshop.
Day One
The workshop commences by reinforcing the Speechworks Formula and ensuring participants’ thorough comprehension and proficient application. We also discuss non-verbal communication of effective leaders. Participants will have multiple on-camera opportunities to practice, receive feedback, and gain greater awareness of the impressions they make and how they are perceived by their listeners.
Day Two
We start by concentrating on handling Q&A while continuing to practice the engagement skills learned on Day One. The final afternoon session revolves around applying what participants have learned about themselves to high-consequence scenarios that are common to their positions. Our coaches will confirm that participants achieved individual goals and discuss appropriate next steps for practicing and utilizing new skills that were learned.

- Open Enrollment for individual participants in Atlanta
- Team Workshops tailored to your specific needs for groups of 10, 15, or 20+. Delivered in-person at Speechworks development facility in Atlanta, or at a location of your choosing. 
Time Commitment
2-day in-person workshop: From 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST each day.
Follow-Up Support
The Executive Speaker Workshop includes one, 1-hour private coaching session to be used within 6 months of the original workshop date. One-on-one coaching is a great way to help participants master the skills learned and provides them with support and encouragement for high-consequence communications they are facing. These 1-hour sessions are scheduled as needed based on coach availability. Additional 1-hour private coaching sessions are available for a fee.
